Returns Policy

Return eligibility
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety, opened skincare products generally cannot be returned unless faulty.
Starting a return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return before sending any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Bank processing times may vary.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us promptly after delivery with clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when validated, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
